In this introductory e-course you will have an opportunity for self-reflection and to gain a greater awareness of what is driving your relationship with food. Learn basic tools and practices for recovery for binge eating and emotional eating, understand the function as well as what triggers you to binge/emotionally eat, and create your own personal self-care plan. Recharge and renew your commitment to yourself.

The Course is broken into four modules: Introduction, Creating Awareness, Cultivating Self-Compassion, and Self-Care Practices. It is most helpful to go in order, however feel free to jump around.
